This registration session will allow you to purchase items from the Whitman Crew Holiday sale or make tax-deductible contributions.
You may also use this form if you are a Whitman Crew family and need fulfill your Holiday Fundraising buyout of $300.
To complete any purchase or submission through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. You will also be given the option to pay offline by check if you choose. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account for the amount of your purchases. Our Tax ID will be provided to you on your receipt.
You must complete this entire registration to complete your order, regardless of the form of payment you have chosen. CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO WHITMAN CREW BOOSTERS. Please mail all checks, NO CASH will be accepted.
